What delivery frequency should I choose?

The delivery frequency depends on the size of your dog. For small dogs (under 15kg) we recommend giving 1 chew per day, which means you'll need a new delivery every 90 days. For medium dogs (between 15 and 30kg), we recommend giving 2 chews per day, which means you'll need a new delivery every 45 days. For large dogs, we recommend giving 3 chews per day, which means you'll need a new delivery every 30 days.

You can manage your deliveries by logging in your online account. From there you can change your delivery date. You can even ask for your next tub to be delivered ASAP!

For any upcoming subscription product, we will send you a reminder email 3 days before your order is dispatched so as to give you ample time to confirm if you still want the order or prefer to reschedule it for a later date.
If you decide you don't want the order this time but do not adjust the order date in your subscription account or contact our customer service team via email for assistance, the order will proceed as scheduled.
